Jan Stanley, RN, MS is a master’s prepared registered nurse with over 40 years of experience in the healthcare field. Her involvement in healthcare included leadership positions in acute patient care and hospital administration, practice ownership as an RN, certified personal nutrition specialist, certified health coach and diabetes educator.

She has worked in the discipline of functional medicine for over 18 years. Her decades of work in the local healthcare industry have connected her to an expansive network of health and wellness specialists, practitioners, and providers. Jan completed her bachelor’s and master’s degree in Nursing from the University of Southern Maine with Cum Laude and Suma Cum Laude honors. She was a past member of Sigma Theta Tau, a national nursing honor society. As an experienced wellness practitioner, Jan facilitates the integration of the body, mind, and spirit to teach, motivate, and mentor those who wish to make positive lifestyle choices that leads them to optimal health and healing. In her spare time, Jan enjoys fitness, cooking, playing and teaching piano and spending time with family and friends.

NICHOLAS SIEVEKING, MD

Plastic Surgeon & Medical Director

Dr. Nicholas Sieveking is a board-certified plastic surgeon who completed his training in general surgery and plastic and reconstructive surgery at Stanford University. After Stanford, he received additional training in aesthetic surgery in Rio De Janeiro and Sao Paolo, Brazil. In addition to his plastic surgery board certification, Dr. Sieveking is also board-certified with advanced fellowship training in anti-aging and functional medicine.

This double board certification allows Dr. Sieveking to be the most complete anti-aging surgeon and physician available to treat his patients’ age-related needs, from the inside to the outside. Dr. Sieveking’s passion is helping his patients feel as good as he helps them to look.

Dr. Sieveking has lectured around the world on topics of face lifts, breast surgery, and cleft lip and palate repair. He has authored a chapter on Rhinoplasty in one of the major training textbooks for plastic surgery residents. He was also voted “Top Plastic Surgeon in Nashville” in two Readers Polls by the citizens of Nashville in recent years.
